Inspired by Working Equitation, Hervé developed a training method that allows horse & rider to learn faster and have more fun.
In his 20+ years of teaching, Hervé worked with riders and horses of all ages, breeds, levels, and disciplines. This forced him to find solutions that would work for each and every one of them.
Hervé’s teachings are entirely based on the use of different setups using simple cones, and this is what makes his training method so unique, fun and efficient!

It includes a variety of setups, for any levels, to make you a better and more versatile rider overall - and also make you more successful at Working Equitation, if that is what you want.

Our courses do not teach basic dressage and we expect all our students to master the foundations of horse-riding. This means being comfortable and safe in walk, trot, and canter - with a steady and supple contact.
However, we’re proud to say our courses are accessible at any stage beyond beginner: in the videos, Hervé demonstrates the exercises with riders and horses at different proficiency levels so you can easily see how you can implement them with your own horse.

While it’s great to have an experienced teacher in the ring with you, the right teacher is not always easy to find - let alone affordable. And even if you find the perfect person to train with, they won’t be with you every single day.
An online course allows you to watch the videos anytime; and if something isn’t clear or you run into an unexpected hurdle, we encourage you to ask questions so you can proceed with your training the next day.
Besides, you can always ask any questions you may have directly on the videos of the programs and get written answers.

You will need a set of 20 cones and a safe area to practice, where the footing isn’t sleppery.
While riding in an arena with special footing is best, it is not mandatory. Many of our students ride outside in a field, they just adapt their practice to the weather conditions.

Yes, you can practice all the exercices using your preferred tools (rope halter, side pull, snaffle, bosal, etc.)
In the videos, one rider uses a snaffle and ride with two hands, and the other one uses a leverage bit and ride with one hand.

The course is entirely designed to allow you to advance at YOUR own pace. You will determine the pace that suits you.
Each week, you get access to new videos around a specific theme. It takes most students up to an hour to watch that week’s videos, and an average of 3 training sessions to start implementing each week’s exercises with your horse.
How fast you make progress depends on how often you spend practicing on horseback. However, no matter how much time you spend training, YOU WILL MAKE PROGRESS.
Your pace will also depend on the starting level of rider and horse: some need to spend more time on the foundations, while others will get to the advanced exercises faster.
Most students will revisit some of the exercises again and again over the years, finding new elements and making more progress every time.
